Dooriel Fisheries is an Irish family-owned oyster business started by Dooriel native Paddy Ginty and his wife Peggy back in 1994. The farm is now managed by Shane Ginty
They grow Crassostrea gigas in Dooriel Creek, Ballycroy, County Mayo on the West Coast of Ireland.
